A member of Shoal Lake Cree Nation and CEO of Shoal 357 Innovative Strategies, Charles is committed to advancing self-determination, culturally grounded governance, and sustainable economic development for Indigenous peoples. Charles has supported initiatives spanning strategic planning, grant development, policy design, organizational capacity building] and brings a practitioner's understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing First Nations leadership.
